Tile Installation
across the GTA.
Tile lives or dies in the prep underneath. We don't tile over flexing subfloors, soft thinset, or skipped waterproofing. The result: floors that don't crack and showers that don't leak through to the unit below.
Typical investment: $10–$25 per square foot installed (more for stone or custom patterns)

Common questions
What people ask us before signing.
- Why do bathroom tiles crack?
- Usually because the substrate flexes — a cheap thinset over plywood that wasn't braced. We use uncoupling membranes (Schluter Ditra) that let the floor move without telegraphing to the tile.
