- Can you install over my existing floor?
- Sometimes — LVP and engineered hardwood can go over level concrete or existing tile in good condition. Solid hardwood needs the old floor removed. We test moisture + flatness before quoting either way.
- How long does a whole-house flooring job take?
- 1500 sq ft typically runs 3–4 days for LVP or engineered hardwood, 5–7 days for tile. We can phase it to keep one floor of the house live throughout.
